Stilling the Waters:A Guided Meditation with Kayce Johnson
This will be a guided meditation that includes different practices and visualizations to help withdraw the senses and steady the fluctuations of the mind. Various aspects of meditation will be covered, as you begin to understand it as a tool for reaching deeper aspects of peace.
All-levels welcome. This is perfect for someone new to meditation, those wanting to inspire their own practice, and those looking for the connection and support of practicing in a group setting. Props are provided but feel free to bring anything to help you feel comfortable sitting or laying for a longer period of time.
