Headstand (sirsasana) and supported shoulder stand (salamba sarvangasana) were called the "King and Queen" of yoga poses by BKS Iyengar and form the cornerstone of every practice for Iyengar yoga practitioners. Come unlock the mystery and conquer your fear of a variety of upside down poses with CIYT (Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher) Joy DeClerk at the Arkansas yoga collective on Monday, April 24, 2017. No minimum experience necessary, there will be modifications offered for each pose according to one's level.
