August Satsang: It's Not What You Say, It's How You Say It

Satsang is a Sanskrit word meaning the coming together, the SANGA, of those who are seeking SAT (truth) in order to support each other's spiritual quest. Satsang often involves singing, playing music, story-telling, discussion and sometimes dancing! Food is provided by potluck or donation. This is a complimentary event for the community.

6:30pm - 7:15pm Meet/Greet/Food, Kirtan Circles
7:15pm - 8:00pm Lecture, Focused Mantras, Singing and Instrumentation
8:00pm - 8:15pm Relaxing Meditation
8:15pm - Closing of Satsang/Aarti

Kirtan & Mantra Chanting: Repetition of specific mantras in a call and response format to help pierce those blockages and release the flow of internal energy...

Relaxing Meditation (Approx. 15 minutes): Specific focus on activating the life-force energy through healing of the heart chakra
