This is a Hatha Yoga class coordinating the body and breath with movement. The student will develop conscious awareness of muscular alignment to open the body, build strength and create flexibility. We will work on a balance of meditation, calming breath work and slow, deep stretches to stimulate circulation, promote a sense of calm and foster wellness. Marcus Goodwin will guide the class through a gentle vinyasa flow as Angel McVay gives therapeutic hands-on assists and Thai Massage.
