Kayce Johnson is co-owner of Arkansas Yoga Collective. She holds a E-RYT200 Yoga Alliance recognized certification with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience, including working closely with chronically ill clients (working with both with mental and physical ailments) and cancer patients. She has studied with Sage Yoga School, Circle Yoga Shala, Yogic Arts with Duncan Wong, Akhila Yoga with Ruslan Kleytman, and is currently receiving teacher training in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She has a MS in Psychology and worked in the mental health field for over 8 years in various positions (including as a therapist, artist, and a training specialist) until transitioning into teaching yoga full-time. Kayce is a practicing herbalist who often incorporates essential oils and salves into the yoga classes she leads. Her products are prepared in small batches in the AYC apothecary. She has over 12 years of self-study in herbalism and runs a company, Kind Folke, that makes beauty and wellness products focused on using all natural, organic, and local ingredients to heal and nurture.

  • Guided Meditation Privates : This is an opportunity to receive personalized training in meditation exercises that could benefit your specific needs, whether that be overcoming stressors, healing trauma, growing through grief, relieving anxiety, coping with anger, or developing a regular meditation practice. Most sessions last 30-45 mins. $40 1-3 individuals $60 4 or more

  • Go for the Glow: A private session to help you learn techniques that are pulled from ancient yogic and eastern sciences to achieve a glow both inside and out. In this 1 1/2 hour long class, you will learn acupressure techniques, exercises to detox your body, toning and relaxation techniques for your face, daily practices to maintain your glow, and receive a fresh face mask treatment. $75 1-3 individuals $120 for 4 or more

  • Face Yoga Private Session: This is an hour long session of face exercises and care suggestions to fit your personal needs. Your face has over 50 muscles. Just like the muscles in your body, it is important to tone or relax certain muscle groups in order to keep them functioning (and in return looking) their best. A typical session can help guide you to understanding how to better read your face and what distress could be telling you about internal functions, exercises to improve tone and texture, and massage techniques to ensure that you get the most out of your face products. $75 for an hour long private

  • Private Yoga Session with Essential Oils and Healing Stones: This specialized yoga private incorporates the healing powers of aromatherapy and topically applied essential oils to enhance your yoga practice. You will also receive the healing benefits of infrared technology and specific stones to take your healing to a deeper level. It can be customized to help align the chakra system, help relieve stress, energize your body, mind, and soul, increase confidence and self esteem, reduce anxiety and other mental troubles, improve immune system, overcome a specific ailment, and much more. $75 for 1-3 people $120 4 or more individuals
