Āloka: The Light of Inner Knowing // Guided mediation + reflection for the Winter Solstice

Join AYC co-owner, Kayce Johnson, for a guided meditation on igniting the light within. You will tune into the frequency of ancient wisdom through harmonizing with a vibrational mantra. After you are relaxed into a space where you can more easily access the higher landscape of your awareness and connection to the creative flow within, you will be guided on a journey deeper into the wisdom of your being through verbal cues that help to activate the light body. There will be space for reflection and prompts to help further process your experience at the end of the meditation.

When: Sunday, Dec 21st 12-1:00pm

*This is all-levels. You will have the option of lying down, sitting in a meditative posture, or using a chair. Please bring a pen and notebook for the reflection portion of the class, wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring any props or blankets to help you feel cozy and relaxed.
