1-2:30pm Face Yoga and Mapping with Kayce Join Kayce Johnson in learning a refreshing approach to skin care. This workshop will walk you through how to read your face through "face mapping" (a technique that helps you read troubled or stressed areas on your face and understand what simple everyday habits you need to change to resolve the issue). Kayce will also provide a thorough explanation of how to perform face massage and toning techniques (yoga for your face!) effectively to reverse time and keep your skin looking its best. This is a great way to learn how to naturally keep your face glowing and lifted. It is also a great way to nurture your face in between more intense spa treatments, like Botox and fillers (please note that you can attend and learn the techniques but you want to wait two weekend after getting injections before massaging your face). All attendees will also leave with a sample bath soak so you can keep the self-care vibes flowing. $25
