This workshop will be sequenced in a Vinyasa Krama format. It will be playful and will consist of attainable actions that will help you develop flexibility, strength, and coordination. It will explore a number of explosive movements to ignite your nervous system , build toned muscles, and get your body to start utilizing strength and power. It will also cover static holds, whole body movements, and even light saber work.
We will be working on:
-coreograph martial arts movements
-sword or light saber forms
-warrior pose sequence
-flexibility and strength
