Fresh from her teacher training with creatrix of Forrest Yoga, Ana Forrest, Kenna is ready and excited to introduce Forrest Yoga to Arkansas. Kenna’s classes are compassionate and engaging, combining nurturing hands-on assists with powerful cues that enable her students to go deeper, both in their practices and within themselves. Believing in the infinite potential and mystery in all of us, Kenna’s greatest ambition is to enable her students to access the power and spirit within each and every one of them. Aside from yoga, Kenna plays and teaches violin, and writes creative essays. In each of her art forms she seeks to speak the truth. She welcomes and encourages people from all walks of life to join her in the adventure of self-discovery and the magic of Forrest Yoga!
