2-4:30pm Workshop "Cosmic Dancer

(Re)Discover Playfulness". Fresh inspiration for yoga practice and practical skills for life. Have fun exploring asanas and variations in a playful creative way that will evolve in uniquely for each person. Something for every level, beginner to advanced. Discover deeper potential, spontaneity, and lightness. Also some partner exercises, discussion, nada (sound) yoga, pranayama, and meditation to develop calm focus. We end with a deep relaxation of course.

8-10pm Open-house--a fun social gathering (satsang) with food, stories, dancing, and music from 8-10pm. (Donation)
