All-Levels Morning yoga on Saturdays 9-10 am
"In law school I began exploring yoga as a means to manage stress, anxiety, and stay fit. I found that yoga enabled me to connect with my physical body and escape from the pressures of my daily routine. I aim to create a yoga practice that cultivates self-fulfillment and happiness through a deep mind, body, and spiritual connection. I just moved to Arkansas and am exciting to check out the Little Rock yoga scene! I'm a 500-RYT who has been teaching yoga in Washington, DC for the past year. I've been known to lip-sync through sun salutations if the mood strikes and I always encourage my students to have fun and smile. Off the mat, I love to travel internationally, prepare overly-complicated salads, read about extreme health diets that I will never commit to (read, 10-day juice cleanse), and watch really terrible reality TV, a la Bravo."
