Cosmic Flight
Cosmic Flight is an all levels workshop that will have you flying high in the physical form, soaring soulfully on the astral plain. It combines an intro to acroyoga with the blissful vibrations of a soundbath. We’ll spend the first hour and fifteen learning to fly. Before closing with another hour and fifteen of breath, meditation, and soundbath.

The workshop will be led by Shane, a free spirited lover of movement. Who has been teaching yoga, acro, and sound healing around the world for nearly a decade.

The acro portion covers three different partner supported poses, with the option to expand from there. Don’t have a partner? Don’t worry. We’ll be learning in groups, with Shane rounding out the odd numbers. The physical nature of this practice helps to, not only, lift our spirit, but also awaken excitement and energy from deep down inside

The soundbath will have you soaring on the inside. We’ll start with some gentle movement, leading into Breathwork, and guided meditation, all supported by the soul soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls.
