This will be a guided meditation that includes different practices and visualizations to help you drop into your senses and channel the healing sound of “aum/om” known as the zoom or connecting thread of the universe. We will connect this sound to the waves of breath, joining mind and body in peace and a healing calmness.

AYC owners, Wesley Pilcher and Kayce Johnson, are switching off teaching pop-up meditation classes. In each class, you will learn techniques to help withdraw the senses and steady the fluctuations of the mind. Various aspects of meditation will be covered, as you begin to understand it as a tool for reaching deeper aspects of peace.

All-levels welcome. This is perfect for someone new to meditation, those wanting to inspire their own practice, and those looking for the connection and support of practicing in a group setting. Props are provided but feel free to bring anything to help you feel comfortable sitting for a longer period of time.
