Starting in May, AYC will have a regularly scheduled Kundalini Yoga Class. This is an introductory workshop led by Kayce Johnson and Lakey Goff to provide you with more information about what kundalini yoga is, how it came to the US, what to expect in a kundalini yoga class, how this technology works, and review some of the methods kundalini uses to help you raise your awareness (such as pranayama techniques, mantras, and kriyas).
This is the perfect class for beginners and people who are new to kundalini yoga. Even if you are not familiar with kundalini yoga or have never taken a kundalini yoga class, you will feel comfortable with this introduction. Kundalini yoga is for everyone.
