This is a pop-up evening Kundalini Yoga class with Lakey Goff to provide tools for coping with stress and anxiety. You will learn how to do Kirtan Kriya Meditation, which has been studied in scientific circles and praised in Psychology Today for its benefits in combating stress and anxiety.
