Prenatal yoga is an ideal way to support your body, mind, and well-being during pregnancy, and to connect with your growing baby! Claire will safely guide you through a series of postures that aim to improve balance and circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, and alleviate the discomforts associated with pregnancy. The practice will emphasize breathing techniques and relaxation tools, empowering you to stay focused and calm during labor and on into motherhood. This safe and supportive yoga practice is designed for all phases of pregnancy, and no previous yoga experience is required.
