Homework and exams, sports and performances, bullying and peer pressure; teens are faced with stress and anxiety on a regular basis. Research in neuroscience provides evidence that meditation sharpens attention and memory, decrease stress and has been linked to increased happiness and empathy. In this 3-part series, teens will learn different types of meditation techniques as well as breathing exercises they can use to create a meditation practice that works for them.
