Ashtanga Yoga Workshop with Andrew Eppler

Andrew’s teaching is balanced, compassionate, and addresses the fundamental questions about what yoga is, and what happens when we practice it. Andrew’s workshops explore the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in an eclectic way. These classes aim to refine our yoga practices to make them healing, life long, pain free and beautiful. We will look closely at the alignment and physiology of the postures and discuss numerous approaches with the intention to help each person find the specific methods that are most helpful for them. These classes will look closely at Vinyasa technique and what this approach to yoga consists of. We will explore methods by which the practice can be modified to accommodate our individual needs without losing touch with the fundamental principles of the Ashtanga Vinyasa approach.  Andrew's teaching style is kind, playful and light hearted, but at the same time reflects a view of the practice which has taken over 28 years to develop.  Students and teachers from all yoga backgrounds are welcome to attend.
