Join AYC owner, Kayce Johnson, for an all-levels yoga class on the lawn at the West Little Farmers Market. The class will take place just as the market opens so you will have plenty of time to get a little movement in, soak up the morning sun and beautiful Fall weather, and shop for your favorite local goods.

The class will follow a vinyasa flow style with plenty of modifications for beginner and experienced students alike. All bodies and ages welcome! We will have a few mats but please feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in but aren’t too loose. You might also want to bring a bottle of water and a towel.

When: Saturday, Sept 26th 8-9am

Where: West Little Rock Farmers Market at the Breckenridge Village Shopping Center. We will set up on the grassy courtyard in front of Mt. Fuji.

Exchange: $10 with proceeds going to help support the WLR Farmer’s Market
