Practice a Kundalini Yoga Meditation to balance the moon centers
Practice a lunar pranayama (breath)
Practice a traditional Candranamaskar, or moon flow, to activate Yin energy
Learn a traditional mantra, honoring the full moon
And end in a relaxing moon focused yoga nidra practice (deep rest)
