Learn the 8 limbs of yoga and take your practice beyond the mat and into the world. This group of 8 classes is designed to highlight each of the 8 limbs of yoga. Each class will consist of 1 hour of practice on the mat followed by 30 minutes of discussion where students will learn to use each of the 8 limbs as a focus for deepening their understanding of a complete yoga practice and taking their practice into their daily lives.
Each class will be donation-based (suggested $10-$15 per session)
